Good day and thanks for the great question. The journey into scent mixing is a complex one and choosing the one that suits you is key. I would suggest going to a department store’s male cologne section and smelling the different brands they have there. Don’t spray the cologne or break seals, then you will have to pay, but rather smell the product box and see if it’s for you. There are colognes where you can get to the container and smell, so take advantage of that. Once you find a cologne that fits what you like, pick and aftershave that compliments it. They are not as expensive but are very strong, so be careful not to buy something that overpowers the scent you are going for. Overall, it’s going to take time and patience to find what works for you. Back in High School we used Axe body spray after gym or on our school uniform, but once we enter the working world we have to expand our horizons.
